To all who participated in 2009:
Thank you for your participation in the 2009 Forbidden Ride. We had an amazing day and can’t wait until this year's ride. It was very successful in many ways:
- 80 tickets and 47 motorcycles were at the Stratford Shakespeare Festival
- 203 people participated in the Forbidden Ride
- The Huron-Perth Motorcycle map was officially released
- 45 area locations were able to show you what they have
- and on top of everything the weather was wonderful and so was the food!
With such an amazing day we also wanted you to be able to see the photos and some of the videos we created throughout the day. Many of you also wanted copies of the ride map with all of the stops. Irene Miller (you may have noticed her taking photographs during The Forbidden Weekend Ride) has created an exciting 7 minute video with movement, transitions, and music using 124 photos taken Friday evening and Saturday morning. The music she chose for this memorable video is “Start Me Up” by The Rolling Stones and “She Drives Me Crazy” by FYC. The cost of this video is $20., $10 of which will be donated to “Big Brothers, Big Sisters”. Support this great organization by ordering a copy or 2 or 3 for your friends.
